I yearn for the good old days when politics was openly talked about between friends, family and neighbors, and when it was not a brutal, murderous, and scandalous by-product of our elected officials, and one's chance to gain power and wealth. But I'm 71 years old and I kind of doubt I'll see those days again. May God have mercy on our great country and help us out of these horrible times. I WROTE THE PRINCIPAL'S PHONE # ON THE BOARD FOR EACH STUDENT TO COPY AND HAVE THEIR PARENTS CALL THE PRINCIPAL SINCE THE WINDOW IN THE CLASSROOM WAS MISSING & IT WAS FREEZING. MY CONSEQUENCES: I WAS TOLD THAT THE AUDITORIUM WOULD BE MY CLASSROOM FROM THEN ON. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TEACH 34 STUDENTS IN A LARGE AUDITORIUM SO I STAYED IN THE FREEZING ROOM.
