Hi everyone, today we'll be making some pan-fried dumplings (otherwise known as jiaozi, gyoza, or potstickers). It was my first time making these, so I spent a lot of time researching recipes, picking out fresh ingredients, and chopping up the vegetables before mixing them in with the meat.
In this tutorial I use the following ingredients:
- Chives (from the Asian grocer)
- Wombok (Chinese cabbage)
- Cup Mushrooms (used this instead of water chestnut, as I couldn't find it)
- Mince (you can use either pork, lamb or beef)
- Bok choy
- Dumpling wrappers (you can also make your own wrappers from flour)
- Salt and pepper
