Today, let's cook a South Indian meal for lunch. The meal comprises of a traditional Vathakuzhambu from Tamil Nadu, traditional vellarikka pachadi from kerala, a simple potato fry, and a crispy papad.
Vathakuzhambu can be prepared well ahead of time, one or two days before itself, as it stays fresh in room temperature without going bad.
