This is an Instant Pot Recipe for Mac and Cheese. Cream Cheese is basically a curse word in my house & I try to not make a meal using Velveeta if possible. So, I developed this recipe to meet our needs and use ALL ingredients I already have on hand from Aldi.

Recipe:
3.5 lbs dry macaroni
5 cups water
1.5 tbsp ground mustard
3 tbsp butter
2.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar
.5 cup grated parmesean
3 oz diced havarti (I cut up 4 'sandwich' slices of havarti)
1/2 cup heavy cream
-Add water, dry macaroni, ground mustard and butter into inner pot
-secure lid
-hit "pressure cook" (wording varies depending on model)
-set timer for 5 minutes
-ensure nozzle is in proper position (steam)
-AFTER 5 minute quick time, move nozzle to "vent" for a manual release of pressure
-Do not drain any water that may appear "extra"
-Dump in Sharp Cheddar, Grated Parmesean, Havarti and Heavy Cream
-Stir until well mixed and all components melted together.
-Serve immediately or leave on "warm"
LEFTOVERS:
Reheat with a little milk.
