my personal favorite this time around was the 2 " pork chop" recipes. Both were actually chicken also, obviously it worked out for you, but in the future.
measuring liquid oz (aka 1/3 cup) is different then measuring solids like the chips in ounces. For that you would need a scale.
you would need a lot of feathers for 3 oz vs very few stones. They would not measure the same. Lol. ...Expand 1
