My tried & tested recipe to quickly cook Moong Dal Chilla or Cheela. It is a protein-rich, nutritious, & tasty dish that you can use for a healthy snack or breakfast. After you have soaked the moong dal for a few hours, it can be made and served in a matter of minutes. I have used an optional paneer topping which you may or not prefer to try out.
