    As body max to max requires 2.2 gm/per kg body weight agar isse zyada liya tkh bhi muscle same hi banega koj difference nahi hoga
    So your 90 kg body requires max to max 200 gm protein
    Ap isse zyada jo bhi protein loge qo ya toj stool mr bahar aa jayega ya fir fat ke form me store ho jayega
