I'd been getting messages from cabin crew members who are currently not flying due to all-time low flights. Some people are worried that airlines are going to be firing large numbers of staff, including but not limited to flight attendants, pilots, ground staff and office staff. First of all, my heart goes out to anyone who is feeling anxious about an uncertain future. I've been there, and I certainly know what it's like to feel like you're at the mercy of the economy and an effective "Plan B" - if one even exists. And it's for that reason that I decided to make these videos. This is Part of a 2-part series of "What I would do if i were still cabin crew - with the potential of losing my job in 2020". This is being made in the context that I *did* leave the aviation industry, and even though I WAS confident in my decision at the time, it did *NOT* guarantee that I had the perfect job - perfect future waiting for me. Yes, there's a difference between choosing to leave, and being made to leave - irrespective of the initial feeling of control vs. lack of control, the truth still stands: it's not comfortable feeling like the future is uncertain; in fact, it feels like the future is at risk when you don't have a bullet-proof plan. The tips that I've laid out in these two videos are based on my own experience. This is how I thought about it: if I were to speak to myself from 5 years ago - fresh from resigning from my career as a flight attendant at Emirates, these are the things I would have told myself. And these are literally the things that I had applied to my own life that actually gave me a chance at succeeding when I felt like the potential of getting my dream job was against me (heck, I felt like getting any desirable job was against me). Part 1 is for cabin crew who mainly feel secure about their position as cabin crew and feel no threat to their careers. This is how I would spend my "down time" or "ground time" when not flying. These tips will allow you to start building something even if you have no intention of leaving your flying job for another few years. Part 2 is for those who feel like they will be made redundant / lose their job / get fired during this covid lockdown season. This is deep work, but completely necessary. You may think I'm ridiculous in saying this, but a "reset" button is possibly the best thing that could happen to anyone. It could also be the toughest thing to face. Rarely are we given the true opportunity to get to know ourselves. This is the time. And even if you are one of the cabin crew members who feel like you may be fired, Part 1 still applies. 🤗 Manifest your dream life through Content 🤗 My Book 👑 Content Queen: Beginner's Guide to Making Good AF Content (Even if You Suck At Using the Camera) 👉 https://go.kristinefernandez.com.au/cqyt ============ 🎥 WHAT I FILM WITH 🎥 📸 Vlogging Camera: https://amzn.to/2Wonz98 💡 Lighting: https://amzn.to/2WEpvu8 and https://amzn.to/2QQyZP8 🎤 Wireless Microphone: https://amzn.to/2WEpvu8 🎤 Plug-In Microphone: https://amzn.to/2WEpvu8 ☑️ Tripod: https://amzn.to/2xK55n2 ============ 💁🏽‍♀️ MY HAIR SECRETS 💁🏽‍♀️ 👌🏽 Best softness & shine: https://amzn.to/2xPDl07 👌🏽 Ultimate volume & styling: https://bit.ly/Hair-volume (USE CODE KRISTINE10 to get 10% off site-wide) ============ 📈 GROW ONLINE 📈 ✅ YouTube Growth: https://www.tubebuddy.com/Kristine ✅ Copyright-free Music: https://artlist.io/KRISTINE-820568 (Sign up with my code and get 2 Months free) ✅ Canva Pro: https://canva.7eqqol.net/AvM3o ============ ✨ WELLNESS ✨ ✅ Juicer: https://amzn.to/2WhZFMj ✅ Weighted Blanket: https://amzn.to/3bkKac1 (No blanket cover) ============ 🌍 Connect with Me: ✖️ Instagram: instagram.com/missfernandez__ ✖️ Facebook: facebook.com/kristinefernandezonline ✖️ YouTube: youtube.com/kristinefernandez ✖️ Tiktok: https://vm.tiktok.com/3Ug8AB/ ✖️ Twitter: twitter.com/missfernandez__ 🌎 www.kristinefernandezonline.com
