PUTO CHEESE
Ingredients:
2 cups Rice flour (or all purpose flour)
3/4 cup white sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 cup powdered milk
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cup water
1/3 cup Melted Butter, (margarine or vegetable oil)
1 tsp vanilla, (ube or pandan extract(
PEOTRACO food color gel (red)
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
Cheese for toppings (or any desired toppings)
Mix All Ingredients:
Let the water boil first in the steamer.
Steam for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
