@radhakrishnanr42083 years agoDear Doctor, You tried to give general view of the pros & cons of using hot and cold water. It is not very easy to exactly specify the use of hot & cold water. Further as you know, the hot water is normally prescribed for persons having few issues like inflammation,joint pains, arthritis etc. The oil bath is not generally not known to India it is widely practiced and Ayurveda mostly suggest use of different medicinal oils and mostly hot water bath.
