But since you put haldi, so wont we get smell of that ? or is it better as you said we can have after 2-3days after keeping in the sun. ...7

@dhaneswarpem68308 years agoom laxmi mata kabita ur aam ka achar is so different from our achar made at home because the raw mango i mixed it with salt for one night and in the morning i put it in the sun for one day and all ur recipe is the s ame and i mixed it with mustard oil and we can keep it for 2 or 3 years ...3

@therealParisHilton8 years agohi i want to know if it absolutely necessary to dry the mango or if I can use it raw without drying? if it must be dried, is there another way to dry the mango other than in the sun? for example in the oven on very low temperature! because I am in Northern Europe and autumn already started and there is no sun anymore here! ...6
