Maharashtrian Dal Khichadi recipe:- 1)Take Three Dal (Moog dal ,Masoor Dal,Toor dal) in equal proportions ,Wash it and Soak in water for 15 Min 2) Take Rice and wash it properly and soak it for 15 min without adding Water. *Make sure to take Rice and combinations of three dal (Moog dal ,Mahsoor Dal,Toor dal)equal proportions with Rice* 3) Take ingredients(Ginger, Green peas, Onion, Potato, green Chilli,corrander ) 4)Cut all ingredients 5)Take coocker add 3 Spoon Oil (Any Oil) 6)Add 1 Medium spoon Jeera and fry it properly 7)Add Jinger cutted pieces and fry it until it gets brownish in colour 8)Add onion cutted pieces and fry it properly then add potatos 9) Green chillis cutted pieces need to add .Fry it properly 10)The add Green peas to get fried . 11)The soked Dal and Rice to be added and mix it properly with other ingredients and wait for 5 min. 12) Add 1/2 Spoon Turmeric and Salt 13) Coriander leaves add and mix it properly 14) Add Four Bowl water to get delicious khichdi 15) After 3-4 Cooker whistle your Dish is ready to make your day!!!😋
