“Innocent until proven guilty”, in context to this phrase, it’s very obvious that in India the burden of proof to prove any allegation lies upon the prosecution. Until and unless, an accused is proved guilty, he or she cannot be considered a criminal. An accused person is an entity who has been alleged to have committed an offense. Our Indian Constitution and CrPC provide certain rights to an arrested person that cannot be taken away. generally, when a person is arrested by the police, he is produced before the ld.
now, it cannot be anticipated that when the police will arrest a person. In a circumstance police may arrest a person on saturday night, but he has to produce the accused before the ld. Cjm by sunday, for that purpose though sunday being a holiday, cjm courts are kept open.
it would be inappropriate to say " police generally conducts arrest on fridays"

and who can(i mean to whom it is allowed to meet the person who is in a jail in a judiciary c Only blood related people or it is allowed other peoples too? Like friends?
