On this good note, we are sharing recipe of very delicious and flavorful "Palak Chaat." In each bite you will find crunch of crispy spinach or palak leaves which we have fried. You can make this chaat very quickly and serve it as snacks. Everyone will just love this chaat and it is very easy to make. We request you to try this recipe and share it with your family & friends. TIPS
1. To make this we will use only spinach leaves and not the stems.
2. We will make sure that all spinach leaves are completely dry before using to get proper coating of the batter and to avoid any burns on your skin while dipping in hot oil.
3. We will suggest you to use small size spinach leaves to get perfect look while plating.
4. To get perfect crispy spinach leaves fry them on low flame.

INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER
GRAM FLOUR/BESAN 1/2 CUP
SPINACH LEAVES 15 NOS.
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
SALT TO TASTE
WATER AS REQUIRED
OIL FOR FRYING
NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT YOU MAKE THICK BATTER TO GET PERFECT COATING.
INGREDIENTS FOR PALAK CHAAT
YOGURT/DAHI 1 CUP
CHAAT CHANA (BOILED) 4 TBSP
TOMATO DESEEDED (CHOPPED) 1 NOS.
ONION (CHOPPED) 1 NOS.
POTATO (BOILED) 1 NOS.
CHAAT MASALA AS REQUIRED
RED CHILLI POWDER AS REQUIRED
ROASTED CUMIN POWDER AS REQUIRED
MINT LEAVES AS REQUIRED
CORIANDER LEAVES AS REQUIRED
GREEN CHUTNEY AS REQUIRED
