@maryparris458410 months ago I have been watching your short videos for some time now and i have to say from years of experience, you are right on in all your advice. I am on my id="hidden5" way down another time, but this time, i must stay. My spine doesnt like the weight and i refuse to live on pain pills at higher weights. My internal organs like what im doing now and i do feel better and better with each pound lost. At one time it did take me a year to go from 240 to 166. After getting into bread baking and cake making, i went up to 190s and low 200s. Weighing and measuring food, reading labels to find my calorie deficit and walking 10, 0 steps a day or more, everyday, thanks to an iwatch over a year ago. I journal everything. Today, my scale showed 179. It took me 4 months to lose 10 pounds. By fall, im looking forward to actually seeing some 160s. Im 68 years old. My first weight loss was through weight watchers. 1988. Lost 40 pounds and kept it off for a year. Sugar addiction took over, again. Next attempt to lose weight was through a calorie counting program. I was amazed how much i was eating. Keep doing what you are doing. You are helping a lot of people. ...Expand 1
