A 24-year-old labourer of Navua appeared at the Magistrates Court in Suva charged for allegedly killing his elderly caretaker. 2. The trial of a Congo National 39-year-old Kiala Marcellino Penakoy Henri Lusaka on murder charge is expected to be defended on the defence of insanity. 3. The Fiji Court of Appeal will set leave to appeal hearing date next month in the appeal case of former Fiji 7s player, Amenoni Nasilasila. 4. A 49-year-old farmer and SODELPA Nasinu Constituency vice-president Isikeli Komaisavi was remanded overnight for allegedly posting on social media calling for a senior Government Minister to be shot.
