These are the following areas of improvement seen from cross-studies based off of a 3-month period for groups alternating from a hunter-gather diet to a standard diabetic diet, with the other group alternating in reverse.
The hunter-gatherer diet was more promising when it came to the following areas:

3. Blood pressure levels
